Why are you doing this?

 

In this field of work, it's always about having fun and trying something different. Meow Man comics are merely made for fun and for other people's entertainment.

 

OK, got that. But why a cat-themed superhero?

 

What's more threatening than a cat-loving ninja? No? Well, in all seriousness, the approach we have taken is intentional. Meow Man is not meant to be threatening to people, he is merely trying to understand his responsibilities and conquer the injustice in Sufur City. This, to our team, was a more fun approach than a threatening one.

 

Why don't you show MM's face in this issue? Are you trying to piss me off?

 

We can't spoil anything right now, sorry! All we can say is that everything will make sense once you see the true man behind the Meow Man mask.

 

All right, then. How long does it take to finish a page? A comic?

 

It takes about a day to pencil and ink a page, while a full comic can range from two to three weeks. Our stories are becoming more succint, however, to imrove the flow of issues on the site. Pages now take a little more than a week to be completed.

 

What is the process of making a comic? When will you update issues?

 

First, the artist is given the general plot of the story via email, and a direction of what the art is expected to be. The artist uses Mricron pens to ink his work. He then sends his work to the writers, who flesh out the word bubbles and digitally erase any unecessary ink marks with computer software. And we update issues every other Sunday. Now you know!
